David is an experienced resort architect who uses state-of-the-art computer aided design techniques to make your concept of a mountain home a reality. Changing the design and floor plan is easy to accomplish with David’s mastery of mountain home design and flexibility offered by technology. This 5,608 square foot home features a reverse floor plan offering main-floor living on the upper-most level, progressing two stories down to ski slope level.

Land Features
Bridger’s Cache Home Site 19 is one of ski country’s most dynamic, ski-to, ski-from home sites. A private bridge connects this unique home to the common roadway – Black Fork. Once inside the home you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the continental divide and the new Village at Winter Park below. Ski in or out from the lower level directly onto the corridor connecting Mary Jane and Winter Park. A quick lunch in the middle of the day or a chance to warm up couldn’t be easier from this ski country home.
